Benjamin was a grantee of the Town of Norwich, CT in 1682.(5) He left a will that mentions his four sons. There is an old map of Franklin, CT which shows the residence of Benjamin. The house no longer exists.

Benjamins dwelling was nearly opposite to the entrance to the lane leading to the residence of Geo. E. Starkweather.(6)
