1054. Paine MAYHEW²³ was born on Jan 19, 1701/2 in Chilmark, Martha's Vinyard, Mass. He died on Jul 12, 1731 in At Sea. He was a Mariner. Gravestone Inscription: Here lies buried the body of Pain Mayhew, esq., who departed this life May the 8th 1761 in the 84th year of his age.

Chilmark Cemetary records found in Historical Library at Martha's Vinyard Paine MAYHEW and Dinah NORTON were married on Dec 1, 1724.

1055. Dinah NORTON²³ was born in 1704. She died in 1782. Children were:
